1.Jesus came to heal the sick, sin sick.
2.Where is your faith, where are you placing your trust and hope?
*Hebrews 11:1,1:1-4 Jesus is our Sabbath rest that the Old Testament was looking foreword to.
*Hebrews 11:34-12:2; Hebrews 10:34
*Mark 4:35-41
Conclusion views:
1.Jesus is grumpy, got woken up from a nap.
2.Disciples overreacting.
3.Jesus is chiding them for the lack of confidence in Him.
Don’t believe that it will be fixed:
1.Doesn’t work, immediate context.
2.Story doesn’t advance the gospel.
*Mark 1:1,14,17,2:13
3.Confirmation of the Old Testament does not support it.
*Romans 8:15-17

5.They are both on a mission.
6.They were afraid before and now they are terrified.
Concluding thoughts:
1.Our gospel is too small.
2.Our God is too small. Romans 8:33-38
Concluding points:
1.If your faith is where it should be, then your going to progressively abandon your life for it.
2.There is a paradox between having things the American dream, leisure, comfort, security, the American gospel and worry.
3.There is no lasting happiness in a gospel of anything. Only in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
