*Joshua 1:9
Take courage, the land!
You happiest life is the day you die.

The land is yours, it's an inheritance

Your great inheritance is not dead.
*Genesis 1:9-10, 26-28, 2:15, 12:1-3
God's purpose in creation is the same purpose in restoration:
-A land, realm, garden, city, Temple where worship of God is our greatest joy.
-“Fruitful and multiply”…”subdue” the entire earth is a divine mandate to expand the temple, garden, land eventuating in the whole earth filled with those who worship.
-Land, seed (progeny that worship), blessing or blessed life.
*Revelation 21:1-4, 22-27
The Land is a Banana
*1 Corinthians 10:11
*John 2:19-21, Hebrews 11:16, 12:22
*Ephesians 2:19-20
*Matthew 28:17-20
Framework moving forward:
-This is the history of Israel's gradual possession of the promise of the land but the banana of the story is about how we come into the possession of your spiritual riches in Christ. Ephesians 1
-God is faithful to His promise.
-Judgment is real
-This book is about sovereign grace.
-This is a book about a call to long obedience in the same direction, holy worship of the living God.
Take away:
-Your land, our land is most joyous call to worship the King with other worshipers.
-Taking the land means the joy of the great commission.
